Overpaying the boss hurts morale for rest of the team

The investor revolt over the chief executive’s pay at BAE Systems is a strong sign of mismanagement (Report, April 23). In any company, if the chief executive gets a salary several times larger than that of the chief financial officer, you can be sure that the company is badly managed.
